All of Co.'s business is conducted in mainland China. Co. assists customers in arranging for and providing information related to financing. Co. also assists its customers in various title registration procedures related to their properties, and it has set up an ownership certificate team to assist purchasers to obtain their property ownership certificates. Co. develops the following three types of real estate projects: multi-layer apartment buildings; sub-high-rise apartment buildings; and high-rise apartment buildings.
