Genie Energy is a provider of energy services. Co. has three segments: Genie Retail Energy, which supplies electricity and natural gas to residential and small business customers; Genie Retail Energy International, which supplies electricity to residential and small business customers in Scandinavia; Genie Renewables, which includes Genie Solar Energy that designs and builds local solar installation for commercial size customers, CityCom Solar that recruits customers to purchase electricity generated by community solar fields, Prism Solar Technologies that designs and manufactures solar panels for wholesale distribution, and Diversegy LLC, an energy broker for commercial customers.
