Hallmark Financial Services is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in providing commercial and personal insurance in selected market subcategories. Co. focuses on marketing, distributing, underwriting and servicing property/casualty insurance products. Co.'s business units are segregated into two reportable industry segments: The Commercial Lines, which consist of the commercial accounts business unit, and the aviation business unit; and The Personal Lines, which include the non-standard personal automobile and renters insurance products and services handled by Co.'s Personal Lines business unit.
