Hayward Holdings is a global designer, manufacturer and marketer of a portfolio of pool equipment and associated automation systems. Co. has two segments: North America and Europe and Rest of World. Co.'s North American business segment consists of the U.S. and Canada. Co.'s Europe and Rest of World business segment consists of all countries outside of the U.S. and Canada. Co. provides a range of pool equipment, including variable speed pumps, filters, robotic, suction and pressure cleaners, gas heaters and heat pumps, LED illumination solutions, water features and landscape lighting, water sanitizers, salt chlorine generators, safety equipment and in-floor automated cleaning systems.
