Through its subsidiaries, Co. reportable segments are: Infrastructure, which provides 3D Building Information Modeling, detailing, fabrication, and erection of structural steel and heavy steel plate, heavy mechanical and facility maintenance services; Life Sciences, which focuses on the development of technologies and products in the healthcare industry; Spectrum, which owns and operates broadcast TV stations throughout the United States and an avenue for content providers; and Insurance, which provides long-term care, life, annuity, and other accident and health coverage to individuals.
