| HCW Biologics is a biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing immunotherapies to lengthen health span by disrupting the link between chronic, low-grade inflammation and age-related diseases. Co. has selected two molecules as its primary product candidates: HCW9218 and HCW9302. HCW9218 is designed to treat the impact of accumulated senescent cells and the Senescence-Associated Secretory Phenotype (SASP) factors which they secrete by eliminating senescent cells and reducing SASP factors. HCW9302 is designed to activate and expand regulatory T cells to suppress the activity of inflammasome-bearing cells and the inflammatory factors which they secrete.
