Co.'s segments are: Auction and Liquidation, which operates an auction, appraisal and asset advisory firm, including the acquisition of manufacturing facilities and used industrial machinery and equipment; Refurbishment and Resale, which acquires refurbish and supplies laboratory equipment; Brokerage, which brokers charged-off receivables in the U.S. and Canada on behalf of lenders including banks, mortgage companies, and auto and alternative lending sources; and Specialty Lending, which provides specialty financing solutions to investors in charged-off and nonperforming asset portfolios.
