Co.'s loan portfolio includes commercial real estate (CRE) loans, commercial and industrial (C&I) loans, residential mortgage loans and consumer loans. CRE loans are for purchasing and refinancing commercial real estate, secured by first deeds of trust and collateralized by residential or commercial properties. C&I loans support businesses with working capital, inventory purchases, debt refinancing, business acquisitions and international trade finance, including syndicated loans. Residential mortgage loans serve personal, family or household use. Consumer loans include home equity, credit cards and personal loans.
