Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a real estate company focused on acquiring, repositioning, developing and operating office and studio properties in submarkets throughout Northern and Southern California, the Pacific Northwest, Western Canada and Greater London, U.K. Co. owns its interests in all of its properties and conducts substantially all of its business through its operating partnership, Hudson Pacific Properties, L.P. Co. has three segments: office properties, studio properties, and the management entity's operations.
