Co. owns a majority interest in Hyster-Yale Maximal Forklift (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., which is a Chinese manufacturer of lift trucks and material handling equipment. Co. operates Bolzoni S.p.A., which is a designer, producer and distributor of a range of attachments, forks and lift tables marketed under the Bolzoni®, Auramo® and Meyer® brand names.
