Hycroft Mining Holding is a gold and silver development company that owns the Hycroft Mine in the prolific mining region of Northern Nevada. The Hycroft Mine is Co.'s only operating segment and includes the operations, development, and exploration activities. The principal products produced at the Hycroft Mine are unrefined gold and silver bars (dore) and gold and silver laden carbons and slags, both of which are sent to third party refineries and sold at prevailing spot prices after adjustments for refining and other associated fees, to financial institutions or to metals traders.
