iShares Cohen & Steers REIT is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Cohen & Steers Realty Majors Index (the Index). The Index consists of selected real estate investment trusts (REITs). The objective of the Index is to represent REITs that may benefit from consolidation and securitization of the United States real estate industry. As of Apr 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $3,565,205,943 and $3,564,574,243, respectively. Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
