iShares S&P Global Clean Energy Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Global Clean Energy Index TM (the Index). The Index is designed to track the performance of approximately 30 of what are expected to be the most liquid and tradable securities of global companies in the listed clean energy universe. As of Mar 31 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $110,732,935 and $110,190,455, respectively.
