The Fund seeks investment results that correspond to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Dow Jones U.S. Utilities Index (the Underlying Index). The Underlying Index measures the performance of the utilities sector of the United States equity market. Its components primarily include utilities companies. As of Apr 30 2015, the Fund's total assets were $650,086,478 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $649,796,776.
