The iShares MSCI Europe Small-Cap ETF (the “Fund”) (formerly the iShares Developed Small-Cap ex North America ETF) is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of small-capitalization developed market equities in Europe, as represented by the MSCI Europe Small Cap Index (the “Index”). The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. As of Jul 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $54,782,897 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $54,601,990. Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
