iShares S&P Global Infrastructure Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P Global Infrastructure Index (the Index). The Index is designed to track performance of the stocks of infrastructure companies in developed markets, or whose stocks are listed on developed market exchanges around the world. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that has an investment profile similar to the Index. As of Mar 31 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $1,310,140,748 and $1,240,379,125, respectively. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
share price, and the resulting changing IGF market cap history over the course of time is important for investors

Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
a price of $20 per share and think the latter company is worth twice as much. Of course, that is a completely meaningless comparison without also knowing how many shares outstanding there are for each of the two companies,
