iShares U.S. Pharmaceuticals is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Select Pharmaceuticals Index (the Index). The Index measures the performance of the pharmaceuticals sector of the United States equity market, and includes pharmaceutical companies such as manufacturers of prescription or over-the-counter drugs or vaccines, but excludes producers of vitamins. As of Apr 30 2015, the Fund's total assets were $1,327,464,741 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $1,323,343,176. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing

Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
