iShares S&P SmallCap 600 Value Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Value Index (the Index). The Index measures the performance of the small-capitalization value sector of the United States equity market and consists of those stocks in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. As of Mar 31 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $3,739,209,279 and $3,730,548,779, respectively. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
