iMedia Brands is an interactive media company that owns a portfolio of entertainment, consumer brands and media commerce services businesses. Co. operates in three segments, which are Entertainment, which is comprised of its television networks, ShopHQ, ShopBulldogTV, ShopHQHealth, ShopJewelryHQ and 1-2-3.tv; Consumer Brands, which is comprised of Christopher & Banks, J.W.
