First Internet Bancorp is a bank holding company. Co. conducts its business activities through its subsidiary, First Internet Bank of Indiana (the Bank). The Bank has the following subsidiaries: First Internet Public Finance Corp., which provides a range of public and municipal finance lending and leasing products to governmental entities throughout the U.S. and acquires securities issued by state and local governments and other municipalities; JKH Realty Services, LLC, which manages other real estate owned properties as needed; and SPF15 Inc., which acquires and holds real estate. Co. provides a range of commercial, small business, consumer and municipal banking products and services.
