Instructure Holdings is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in cloud-based learning, assessment, development, and engagement systems. Co.'s learning platform includes: Canvas Learning Management System (LMS), a learning management system designed to give Co.'s K–12 and Higher Education customers a set of tools to support and enhance content creation, management and delivery of face-to-face and online instruction; Canvas Studio, an online video platform designed to enable Higher Education and K-12 customers to host, manage, and deliver video learning experiences; and Canvas Catalog, a white-label, course catalog and registration system built on top of Canvas LMS.
