Assure Holdings is provider of outsourced intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and remote neurology services that help make surgeries safer. Co. provides two types of services, the Technical Component and Professional Component of IONM. Co.'s in-house Interoperative Neurophysiologists (INP) provides Technical Component IONM services from the operating room throughout the procedure, while the telehealth-oriented supervising practitioners provide a level of redundancy and risk mitigation in support of the onsite INPs and surgical team. Co.also provides the INP and supervising practitioner, real time monitoring, patient advocacy and billing and collecting for services provided.
