Co.'s segments are: Fuel Specialties, which develops, manufactures, blends, markets and supplies specialty chemical products used as additives; Performance Chemicals, which provides technology-based solutions for its customers' processes or products; and Oilfield Services, which develops and markets chemical solutions for fracturing, stimulation and completion operations, products for oil and gas production and products to prevent loss of mud in drilling operations.
