InvenTrust Properties is a real estate investment trust. Co. is focused on owning, managing, acquiring, and developing multi-tenant retail platform. Co.'s wholly owned, and managed retail properties include grocery-anchored community and neighborhood centers and power centers. Co. owns or has an interest in several retail properties, which include retail properties owned through its 55% interest in IAGM Retail Fund I, LLC, an unconsolidated retail joint venture partnership between Co. and PGGM Private Real Estate Fund.
