iShares Core MSCI Total International Stock is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI ACWI ex USA Investable Market Index (the Index). The Index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index designed to measure the combined equity market performance of developed and emerging market countries, excluding the United States. As of Jul 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $1,733,102,805 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $1,724,994,807.
