iShares Transportation Average is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seek investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of Dow Jones Transportation Average Index. The Index measures the performance of the transportation sector of the United States equity market, and includes companies in the primary groups, such as airlines, trucking, railroads, air freight, transportation services and industrial services. As of Apr 30 2015, the Fund's total assets were $1,219,286,107 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $1,204,180,549.
