| Jagged Peak Energy is an independent oil and natural gas company focused on the acquisition and development of unconventional oil and associated natural gas reserves in the southern Delaware Basin. Co.'s operations are entirely located within the Permian Basin of West Texas. Co.'s primary area of focus is the southern Delaware Basin; the Delaware Basin is a sub-basin of the Permian Basin. Co.'s acreage is located on contiguous blocks in the adjacent Texas counties of Winkler, Ward, Reeves and Pecos. Co. has also developed its own water system, which enables it to source, store and dispose of water.
