| J Alexander's Holdings is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. owns and operates complementary upscale dining restaurants including: J. Alexander's, Redlands Grill, Overland Park Grill, Merus Grill and Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill. The J. Alexander's menu features prime rib of beef; hardwood-grilled steaks, seafood and chicken; pasta; salads; soups; and assorted sandwiches, appetizers and desserts. Redlands Grill provides a range of contemporary American cuisine featuring menu offerings on a seasonal or rotational basis. Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill features its Coffee-Cured Filet Mignon, as well as other U.S.D.A. aged beef options.
