iShares Morningstar Mid-Cap is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Morningstar Mid Core Index (the Core Index). The Core Index measures the performance of stocks issued by mid-capitalization companies that have exhibited average growth and value characteristics as determined by Morningstar's index methodology. As of Apr 30 2015, the Fund's total assets were $547,016,752 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $546,709,945. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
