iShares Morningstar Small-Cap Growth is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Morningstar Small Growth Index (the Growth Index). The Growth Index measures the performance of stocks issued by small-capitalization companies that have exhibited above-average growth characteristics as determined by Morningstar Inc's index methodology. As of Apr 30 2015, the Fund's total assets were $148,554,224 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $148,457,244.
