Jamba, through its subsidiary, Jamba Juice Company, is a business with a portfolio of franchised and Co.-owned Jamba Juice® stores and licensed JambaGO® and Jamba Juice Express™ formats. As a restaurant retailer, Co. provides food and beverage including whole fruit smoothies, squeezed juices and juice blends, Energy Bowls, and a range of food items including, hot oatmeal, breakfast wraps, sandwiches, Artisan Flatbreads, baked goods and snacks in its restaurants. As of Dec 28 2015, there were 893 Jamba Juice stores globally, consisting of 70 Co.-owned and operated stores, 748 franchisee- owned and operated stores in the U.S., and 75 franchise stores in international locations. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
share price, and the resulting changing JMBA market cap history over the course of time is important for investors

Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
