K2M Group Holdings is a medical device provider focused on designing, developing and commercializing spine and minimally invasive spine (MIS) technologies and techniques. Co.'s spine products are used by spine surgeons to treat spinal pathologies, such as deformity (primarily scoliosis), trauma and tumor. Co. has applied its product development in spine technologies and techniques to a number of MIS products, which consist of implants, disposables and instruments that are marketed and sold to hospitals for use by spine surgeons.
