Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a casual menswear company in the People's Republic of China (China) engaged in designing, marketing, and selling its own line of fashion menswear. Co.'s products include men's apparel, footwear and accessories, targeting urban males in China. Co.'s apparel products include outerwear, knitwear, denim, tops, bottoms, accessories and footwear. Co. has a nationwide distribution network covering various of China's provinces and centrally administered municipalities. This network is comprised of corporate store owned and operated by Co. and various franchised stores operated by third party distributors or their sub-distributors.
