Co. has operations which are categorized into two primary reporting segments, Irrigation and Infrastructure. Co.'s irrigation segment includes the manufacture and marketing of center pivot, lateral move, hose reel irrigation systems, and repair and replacement parts for its irrigation systems and controls and diameter steel tubing. Co.'s infrastructure segment includes the manufacture and marketing of moveable barriers, specialty barriers, crash cushions and end terminals, road marking and road safety equipment, and railroad signals and structures.
