The Business segment enables brands to utilize the Conversational Cloud intelligence engine to connect with consumers through a suite of mobile and online business messaging technologies. The Consumer segment facilitates online transactions between independent service providers and individual consumers (Users) seeking information and knowledge via mobile and online messaging. Users seek assistance and advice in various categories including personal counseling and coaching, computers and programming, spirituality and religion, and other topics.
