LegacyTexas Financial Group is a bank holding company. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, LegacyTexas Bank, Co.'s principal business consists of accepting retail deposits from the general public and the business community and investing those funds, along with borrowed funds, in commercial real estate loans, secured and unsecured commercial and industrial loans, as well as permanent loans secured by first and second mortgages on one-to-four family residences and consumer loans. Co. provides a range of deposit accounts that provide a range of interest rates and terms, generally including savings, money market, certificate of deposit and demand accounts.
