Through its ownership of Sands China Ltd., Co. owns and operates a collection of Integrated Resorts in the Macao Special Administrative Region (Macao) of the People's Republic of China. These properties include The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel; The Londoner Macao; The Parisian Macao; The Plaza Macao and Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Cotai Strip; and the Sands Macao. In Singapore, Co. owns and operates the Marina Bay Sands. Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
