Lyft is engaged in operating multimodal transportation networks in the U.S. and Canada that provide access to a variety of transportation options through Co.'s platform and mobile-based applications. Co.'s transportation network provides riders seamless, personalized and on-demand access to a variety of mobility options. Co.'s transportation network is comprised of: Ridesharing Marketplace, which connects drivers with riders; Express Drive, which drivers can enter into short-term rental agreements for vehicles that may be used to provide ridesharing services on the Lyft Platform; Lyft Rentals; Bikes and Scooters; Public Transit; and Lyft Autonomous.
