Mid-Con Energy Partners engages in the ownership, acquisition and development of producing oil and natural gas properties in North America. Co.'s properties are located in Oklahoma and Wyoming core areas. Co.'s operations focus primarily on improving the development of producing oil properties through waterflooding. Co. designs and manages the development, recompletion or workover procedures and supervises operational and maintenance activities. Co. engages several independent contractors and affiliates to provide the equipment and personnel associated with its drilling and maintenance activities, including well servicing, trucking, water hauling, bulldozing, and various downhole services.
