(PatentVest), and has a majority-owned partner company, Invizyne Technologies, Inc. (Invizyne). MDB Management is an administrative entity whose purpose is to conduct, and wherever possible, to consolidate shared services/resources, for its US-based operations. Public Ventures is a U.S. registered broker-dealer. PatentVest is a wholly-owned subsidiary that performs, among other services, intellectual property validation services for Public Ventures. Invizyne is a biology technology development company.
