Co.'s segments include: electric, which provides electric service in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming; natural gas distribution, which distributes natural gas in Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon and Washington; pipeline, which provides provides natural gas transportation and underground storage services; construction materials and contracting, which mines, processes and sells construction aggregates; and construction services, which provides inside and outside specialty contracting services. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
