MutualFirst Financial is a bank holding company. Through its subsidiary, MutualBank, Co. provides mortgage, consumer and commercial loans and accepts deposits. Co.'s lending activities include consumer closed end first mortgages, consumer open end and junior liens, commercial real estate lending, construction and development lending, other consumer lending and commercial business lending. In addition, Co.'s investment securities consist of U.S. Agency securities, mortgage-backed securities, collateralized mortgage obligations, municipal securities and corporate obligations. Co.'s mortgage-backed securities portfolio consists of securities issued under government-sponsored agency programs.
