Martin Midstream Partners has a set of operations focused in the Gulf Coast region of the U.S. Co.'s primary business segments are: Terminalling and Storage, which provides storage, refining, blending, packaging, and handling services for producers and suppliers of petroleum products and by-products; Transportation, which operates a fleet of both land transportation and marine transportation assets that transport petroleum products and by-products, petrochemicals, and chemicals; Sulfur Services, which processes molten sulfur into prilled or pelletized sulfur; and natural gas liquids (NGL), which sells and distributes NGLs that it purchases from refineries and natural gas processors. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
share price, and the resulting changing MMLP market cap history over the course of time is important for investors
interested in comparing MMLP's market cap history versus its peers.
Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
