Movado Group designs, sources, markets and distributes watches. Co. also designs, sources, markets and distributes jewelry and other accessories under certain of its brands. Co. sells all of its brands in the U.S. Watch and Accessory Brands market primarily to department stores, such as Macy's and Nordstrom; main jewelry store chains, such as Signet Jewelers, Ltd. and Helzberg Diamonds Corp.; independent jewelers; and third-party e-commerce retailers; as well as directly to consumers through Co.'s owned e-commerce websites. Internationally, Co.'s brands are sold to department stores, jewelry chains, independent jewelers and third-party e-commerce retailers.
