MultiPlan is a provider of data analytics and technology-enabled solutions. Co. provides these solutions nationally through its Analytics-Based Services, which reduce medical cost through data-driven algorithms which detect claims over-charges and either negotiate or recommend fair reimbursement using a variety of data sources and pricing algorithms, its Network-Based Services, which reduce medical cost through contracted discounts and outsourced network development and/or management services; and its Payment and Revenue Integrity Services, which reduce medical cost through data, technology, and clinical capabilities deployed to identify and remove improper and unnecessary charges.
