iShares MSCI USA Momentum Factor is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of an index that measures the performance of U.S. large- and mid-capitalization stocks exhibiting relatively higher momentum characteristics, as represented by the MSCI USA Momentum Index (the Index). The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. As of Jul 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $805,685,830 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $805,459,845. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
share price, and the resulting changing MTUM market cap history over the course of time is important for investors

Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
a price of $20 per share and think the latter company is worth twice as much. Of course, that is a completely meaningless comparison without also knowing how many shares outstanding there are for each of the two companies,
