Myovant Sciences is a biopharmaceutical company. Co. has two U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved products, which consist of: ORGOVYX® (relugolix 120 mg), an oral gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor antagonist for the treatment of adult patients with prostate cancer; and MYFEMBREE® (relugolix 40 mg, estradiol 1.0 mg, and norethindrone acetate 0.5 mg), an oral GnRH treatment for the management of heavy menstrual bleeding associated with uterine fibroids. Co.'s MYFEMBREE is being evaluated for contraceptive ability in women with heavy menstrual bleeding associated with uterine fibroids or endometriosis-associated pain who are 18 to 50 years of age and at risk for pregnancy.
