| About Hermitage Offshore Services Ltd |
| Nordic American Offshore is an international company engaged in acquiring and operating platform supply vessels (PSVs) with a focus of operations in the North Sea. PSVs are used for transporting supplies and equipment to and from offshore installations such as drilling rigs. Co.'s fleet consists of ten PSVs, of which two are newbuildings. Co.'s vessels are considered homogenous and interchangeable as they have approximately the same cargo deck area and capacity. All of Co.'s vessels are operating in the North Sea in both the term and spot market.
