National Bank Holdings is a bank holding company. Through its subsidiary, NBH Bank, Co.'s primary business is to provide a range of banking products and financial services to its commercial, business and consumer clients, who are primarily located in Colorado, the greater Kansas City region, Texas, Utah and New Mexico. Co. provides a variety of products and services in the following areas: Commercial and Specialty Banking, which focuses on small- and medium-sized businesses and provides a suite of loan, deposit and treasury management products and services; and Residential and Personal Banking, which provides a complement of loan, deposit and online and mobile banking solutions.
