National CineMedia is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the sale of advertising to national, regional and local businesses in its Noovie On-Screen, its cinema advertising and entertainment show seen on movie screens across the U.S., on the Lobby Entertainment Network, a series of screens located in movie theater lobbies, as well as other forms of advertising and promotions in theater lobbies. Co. also sells digital online and mobile advertising through its Noovie Audience Accelerator, across its suite of Noovie digital properties such as its Noovie Trivia, on third-party internet sites, as well as well as a variety of complementary out of home venues.
